"Golden Milk" Turmeric Latte Recipe

We're no stranger to knowing the benefits of turmeric, it's great for your skin, brain, immune system and the list goes on –– Turmeric truly is a natural super food. Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 Tsp honey
  • ¼ cup raw cashews*
  • 3 cups hot water (nearly boiling)

 

 

Method:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high powered blender. Make sure there is some air flow through the lid so it doesn’t explode from the hot water!
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until all of the nuts are fully blended.
  3. Serve hot!

Note: In this recipe we use hot water and raw nuts, this step can be substituted by adding any type of milk.
